1967 Originally the Food Processing operation of “Gino’s Inc.,” a 500 unit publicly-owned fast food chain.
1972 Became privately owned, operating in King of Prussia, PA
1984 Opened a second plant in Fort Worth, Texas.
1991 Major expansion of Fort Worth plant.
2000 Established American Fresh Foods, LP (AFF) a joint venture with Fairbank Farms producing case ready retail ground beef.
2002 Opened second plant in Fort Worth, Texas to produce fresh ground beef products for retail grocery stores and regional foodservice chains.
2003 Hosted a plant tour of our Fort Worth, TX plant by members of the newly formed “Congressional Food Safety Caucus”.
2004 Announced plans for “AFF”  to build a new 75,000 square foot plant in Thomasville, Georgia.
  Established the Culinary Smart Center, a customer resource for Menu Ideas and Industry Trend Information.
2005 Opened "AFF Plant in Thomasville, Georgia producing fresh ground beef products.
2006 Added frozen ground beef patty lines in Thomasville, Georgia for Southeast sales distribution.
